Bayou Classic Medium Mesh Skimmer

This mesh skimmer is easier to use with your larger pots due to the length of the skimmer. With the medium mesh skimmer, you can remove hot food out of oil or boiling water in a large or extra large pot with ease. The Bayou Classic Medium Mesh Skimmer makes a must have cooking accessory when Cajun cooking, especially when you are boiling or frying. Use the medium mesh skimmer for scooping or stirring. (We use it to scoop crawfish out of the ice chest and when frying fish.) The medium mesh skimmer has a 7 inch face. The medium mesh skimmer is used to remove mid-sized debris from used oil.
